Ingredients Method

Ingredients

2 cans organic coconut cream
2 cups blackberries if using frozen, thaw first
1 Tbsp maqui powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
pinch of salt

Method

Blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth
If you have an ice-cream maker, pour mixture into the ice-cream bowl and follow the manufacture instructions
Otherwise pour mixture into a suitable container with a lid
Make sure the container is airtight or wrapped tightly with tin foil
Place in the freezer until frozen
Serve and enjoy
