Method
- Soak nuts for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Pulse the nuts in a food processor until they are coarsely chopped.
- Remove the nuts and set aside in a medium bowl.
- Put the carrots, onion and liquid aminos in the food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Toss the nuts and carrot mixture together and add the Mexican seasoning and stir together.
