Method
- Prepare the choc chips first, by using the instructions above, unless you are using store-bought choc chips.
- Place all the cookie dough ingredients into a food (except choc chips) processor and run until smooth.
- Press the dough into a cling wrap lined cake tin or silicone molds. Press the choc chips in the dough and pop in the freezer to set.
- Once the dough mixture has set, cut into small squares and enjoy. Store in the fridge.
