Method
- Wash and dry collard leaves then cut the stems where the leaf stops and de-vein the stem so it is thin like the leaf. Example below:
- Place leaves down separately (for small wraps) or stack them in a line (for a large wrap).
- Add your desired amount your amazing Hummus and Tabouli in the center of the leaf.
- Add shredded cucumber (optional) and roll collard green into a wrap/burrito. YUM!
