Soft, nourishing bliss ball that is really grounding, not overly sweet and nourishing with its balance of whole foods and spices.

Mango Coconut Chia Pudding
Who’s in the mood for a sweet, creamy, tropical breakfast treat? This Mango Coconut Chia Pudding is one of my favorite healthy breakfast recipes. It’s high in protein, fiber and healthy fats so it will keep you satisfied until lunchtime and it also helps to beat sugar cravings. All you need is 4 ingredients + you can easily prepare several servings at once so you have enough for an entire workweek.
Green Super Smoothie
Fortunately, green smoothie recipes have improved by leaps and bounds since stepping into the health limelight. And while you can buy a slurp-worthy spinach smoothie, making your own is so much better (and cheaper). You can experiment with flavors, make adjustments if the taste of the greens is too potent (or not potent enough), and control the amount of sugar, protein, and anything else you’d like to monitor more closely.
An easy way to get in more greens is by adding a handful of spinach to a smoothie. I choose smoothies over juice. Juicing removes all the good stuff and you miss out on the whole food benefits. Why waste all the pulpy goodness? I like to keep my smoothies simple with just a few ingredients.
Chia Power Breakfast
I am usually using the chia seeds for breakfast adding a fruit topping with some caramel sauce, or goji berries and agave with a sprinkle of vanilla powder. The options and endless and not only for breakfast or sweet dishes but you can add the chia to anything else desired like salads or different main dishes because the chia seeds are tasteless and will not affect the flavor of your food. This is one of my favorite breakfast which I am delighted to share with you and I hope that one day this will be your favorite as well!
Mint Chocolate Nice Cream With Chocolate Sauce
Sometimes life calls for ice cream. And sooometimes, it calls for ice cream with a delicious chocolate sauce! This raw vegan mint chocolate chip ice cream is for those times!
Lemon Vanilla Carob Cheesecake
Carob is like chocolate, but with it has its own unique lovely taste which pairs exceptionally well with lemon and vanilla. It’s cheesecake without the cheesecake! It’s more of a coconut cake, really. And it looks as good as it tastes.
This cake is deceptively easy to make. To get it looking as good as this image, might take some experience!
Spiced Persimmon Pudding
Chia pudding is a great way to start your day. You can even make it the night before so it’s ready to go first thing! You can also enjoy it as a delicious and nutritious snack any time of day. Spiced persimmon chia pudding is an extra nice way to do it!

Summer Berries Fruit Salad
The health benefits of berries abound! This delectable fruit salad is loaded with rejuvenating antioxidants to help keep those nasty free radicals under control. Plus, there’s nothing quite as tasty as a nice ripe berry! Take advantage of them while they’re fresh!
Onion & Cucumber Salad
Sometimes the simple things in life are the most wonderful. A little cucumber, some onions, a splash of coconut milk, and a dash of spices. Particularly nice on a warm summer afternoon, but great any time of day or year!
Chocolate Brownie Bars
These are sort of the ‘kitchen sink’ version of brownies, which is to say that there’s a lot of stuff thrown in them! But what might seem at first to be haphazard is, in fact, the most delectable raw brownie recipe this side of the Mississippi.
Cookie Dough Shake
Coconut Strawberry Popsicles
Summer is just around the corner! It’s never too early for popsicles. Unlike what often passes for a popsicle, these delicious treats are wholesome and healthy! It’s a snack that will actually nourish you, full of fruit, almond milk, and coconut!
