Ingredients
Lettuce Tacos Filling Recipe
- 2romaine leaves(or cabbage leaves)
- 1/4cuptomato(diced)
- 2Tbsponion(diced)
- 2Tbspcilantro(finely chopped)
- 1Tbsphomemade cashew cheese(click name for recipe info)
- 1/2homemade guacamole(recipe below)
- 1bitehomemade taco meat(recipe below)
Taco Meat Recipe
- 3homemade walnut bites
- 1/3tsptamari
- 1/3tspcumin
- 1/8tsppaprika
- 1/3tspchili powder
Guacamole Recipe
- 1avocado(peeled, pitted, and diced)
- 1/4cupyellow onion(diced)
- 1/4cuptomato(diced)
- 1/2garlic clove(minced)
- 1/2Tbsplemon(or lime juice)
- 1/2tsptamari sauce
- 1/16tspcayenne pepper(pinch to taste)
- 1/16tspsea salt(to taste)

- Place Taco Meat Ingredients in a bowl and mash together until well combined. Add a little lemon juice to soften the taco meat.
- Place Guacamole Ingredients into a bowl and mash together until well combined.
- Select 1-2 large leaves.
- Add taco meat, guacamole, diced tomato, diced onion, cilantro, and cashew cheese and enjoy!
