Method
- Blend all the base ingredients in a food processor. Press the mixture in the silicone molds.
- Place all the filling ingredients into a food processor and run till smooth. Pour the filling over the base in silicone molds and pop them in the freezer to set.
- In the meanwhile, melt the coconut oil for the chocolate topping and use a spoon for mixing rest of the chocolate ingredients in the melted coconut oil.
- Once the cakes are set, carefully remove them from the molds and pour over the chocolate. Store in the fridge.
