Method
- In your blender add the ingredients and blend on high for 2 minutes.
- Soak your almonds for 14 hours at room temperature in a large mixing bowl with clean water then drain and rinse your almonds.
- In a blender, blend the soaked almonds with 1 cup of water until smooth, then blend on high for 1 minute.
- Add the second cup of water and blend for 2 minutes on high.
- Add the third cup of water and blend for 2 minutes on high.
- Strain this mixture in a fine metal mesh strainer, reserve the pulp for other recipes(put into a sealed container in the refrigerator).
- Refrigerate your milk in a sealed glass container for up to 3 days.
