New Zealand-born Nicole English is a trained raw chef, photographer and certified Jack Canfield Trainer. After spending years yo-yo dieting and being dependant on stimulants she discovered the joy and simplicity of the raw food diet in 2009. Her mission is the help stressed out people live more creative and energetic lives by showing them how to eat a clean, plant-based diet. Her philosophy is ‘Eat Raw ~ Live More’. She communicates this message via her raw food blog and her health promoting t-shirt company. She lives in Sydney, Australia with Irish husband and their five little Aussies.
