My name is Lauren, I’m 22 years young and will always and forever be an enthusiast of all things clean and healthy. I’v been a nutritious eater and a workout devotee for as long as I can remember. My passion for food preparation and food photography soared when I made the choice to live a 100% raw vegan lifestyle. Beyond the physical benefits of glowing, clear skin, weight loss, strong nails, and shiny hair, this lifestyle has provided me with incredible energy, has made me a genuinely happy person, and has and continues to teach me to appreciate all aspects of life.

There is nothing I enjoy more than concocting raw food recipes, in fact, I’d call it an obsession. Sometimes I dream about recipes, sometimes I gather inspiration from fellow rawsters, but often I find that my finest creations surface when I just throw some random mixture of ingredients into a blender or a food processor and push power.

I hope that my passion translates through my recipes and that I can motivate and inspire people eat clean, feel rawesome, and love life.
