Whatever it is that you did, you earned a reward! All you have to do now is make it! And what you should make is this berry mango chocolate ice cream cookie! Just for you! Though, if you really wanted to, you could probably share it with someone else who also deserves a delicious treat.

Cookie:
  1. Stir together the ingredients in a bowl until they form a moist dough.
  2. Press into a tall cookie mold or cupcake paper and put in the freezer.
Ice Cream:
  1. Blend the mango and berries together, adding a tiny amount of coconut milk if needed. It should be like sorbet but we are calling it ice cream… shh.
  2. Spread a bit on top of your cookie and put back in the freezer until the ice cream is solid.
Chocolate:
  1. Whisk together the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour over your frozen ice cream and once more put it back in the freezer until the chocolate hardens, it’ll take 30 minutes or so. Enjoy:)

NOTES: You can use coconut any other fruit instead of berries, any other flour instead of oat flour, any liquid sweetener you prefer instead of maple syrup, and cocoa powder or carob powder instead of cacao powder.
