Many of us lead busy lives and sometimes that results with bad food choices simply because of convenience. These truffles will not take you more than 10 minutes making them a perfect quick snack. They are sure to satisfy your sweet taste bud and give you a heaping amount of energy not only because of the date itself but all the amazing nutrients that will be incorporated into this truffle. These are a must try. They taste amazing and keep well making them an ideal snack!

  1. Add the cocoa powder, flax seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon and processed almonds into the date paste. Mix thoroughly with your hands till all ingredients evenly spread throughout or you can mix it all together in a processor for a few seconds to get the same result.
  2. Place the dehydrated or toasted sesame seeds into a plate.
  3. Make balls with your hands about the size of a tablespoon in the palm of your hand.
  4. Roll the date ball into the sesame seed mixture till well coated.
