  1. Chopped all veggies to desired size and place in large bowl.
  2. Place all marinade ingredients in small bowl and mix together.
  3. Mix marinade into veggies. Cover, refrigerate and label.
  4. TIP: To save time, place the chopped veggies into a gallon size bag and pour the marinade in the bag. Then shack the bag a few times and place in refrigerator and you're done.
