Tart, sweet, crisp. Apples and cranberry is already a killer combination. But add some celery, ginger, lemon and a bit of lettuce? Oh my. Who knew detox could be so delicious?

But as the title suggests there’s more to this ambrosial beverage than sensory delight. The apples will help regulate your blood sugar. Celery is anti-inflammatory and contains lovely vitamin K. In addition to vitamin K, romaine lettuce also brings K while lemon brings the C. And of course our good friend ginger aids in the digestion, as well as being a powerful anti-inflammatory.
