Root beer floats are so lovely, but so full of... unlovely ingredients. This super simple vegan ice cream float replaces the root with fruit, and the questionable ingredients with wholesome natural goodness! Super easy, super fun, and super tasty!

Dateorade
  1. Simply place the dates and water into a high speed blender and run until frothy. Add any additional flavorings as you wish.
Ice Cream
  1. Add the bananas to a food processor (or high speed blender with a tamper) and pulse until broken into very small pieces.
  2. Add in the vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Process until the bananas reach a light a fluffy texture, just as ice cream would have.
Assembly
  1. Scoop the banana ice cream into a serving glass, and top with the dateorade.
