This refreshing smoothie is great anytime during the day for a hydrating pick me up!

As part of my RUSTIC and SIMPLE SMOOTHIE COLLECTION, I want to include this favorite combination of mine REFRESHING APPLE CUCUMBER CHIA SMOOTHIE. Yes you have a another raw and vegan smoothie to try on your cleanse, or because you need a pick-me-up mid day or just want to feel refreshed and hydrated. What ever the reason you grab one of these green beauties, your taste buds and tummy will sing…. CHEERS!

  1. In your blender, puree until smooth the apples and cucumber with the water.
  2. After this is smooth, add the chia seeds and give it a quick mix and Serve immediately.

Note:This is a thick shake like consistency (that’s how I like it), if your prefer it to be thinner add small amounts of water AFTER your ingredients are blended smooth (but before adding chia seeds) to achieve the desired consistency.
