Quick Apple and Beets Slaw

This is a bit of a cheater's slaw, since it's ready in an hour, but it's super tasty and still plenty healthful! A nice dash of citrus, some pecans for crunch, and some sweet apples and beets. Makes for a tasty side or light lunch! |
