Eggplant Tomato Wrap with Spicy Sweet Chili Sauce
There’s nothing like a good wrap! It’s like a salad sort of, but only better. These raw vegan eggplant tomato wraps are crunchy, spicy and filled with lots of flavors! They make for a great lunch or dinner. It’s a whole new way to enjoy eggplant!
Onion Rings with Chipotle Aoili
Onion rings might not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of nourishing raw foods. But that’s precisely what makes this incredible raw recipe so amazing! There’s raw pizza, raw burgers, so how could we not have some raw onion rings, too? With all the raw food creativity out there, there’s no limit to what can be done with wholesome, nutritious raw foods!
Chipotle Mayo Stuffed Avocados
Do you ever find yourself missing chipotle mayo? Well no more! It turns out that cashews make a great base for raw chipotle mayo, and avocado is the perfect vessel with which to transport said “mayo” to your fortunate mouth!
This recipe looks awesome, tastes awesome, and is super easy to make. You’ve got at least 8 vegetables in this one tight package, and that means a variety of nutrients to keep your engines running clean. And of course, you’ve got all the flavor your taste buds can handle. One couldn’t wish for more.
Pineapple and Kale Tacos
What’s the difference between a fruit and a vegetable? Some say that a fruit contains seeds. But then peppers, cucumbers and squash are fruit… Does that mean they aren’t vegetables? What is a vegetable, anyways? Are fruits just a type of vegetable?
Whatever the answers to those questions, you can be sure that these tacos are full of fruits and vegetables. And a whole lot more than just kale and pineapple! The taco shells are jicamas! And inside the tacos you’ll find zucchini, tomatoes onion and strawberries. These definitely aren’t your average tacos. They are, in fact, much much better.
But no tacos would be complete without a zesty sauce! These ones come with their own special lime and cilantro dressing. A super fun recipe, and a way to enjoy raw vegan tacos that are gluten free!
For dessert… more tacos?

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings With Avo Ranch Sauce
Did you know that eating spicy food might just be really good for you? As if we needed another reason to feel the burn!
Cauliflower may not have wings, but neither does a buffalo. You don’t need to eat a chicken if you’re looking to get your spice on. All you need is some crispy cauliflower, a handful of spices, and a tall glass of water (just in case!).
As any spice junky can tell you, no buffalo “wing” is complete without an equally tasty dip. And since we’re talking buffalo, it might as well be a ranch dip! Creamy and tangy with avocado and lemon, it provides a great contrast to the hot hot heat of the cauliflower.
These buffalo “wings” are a great party snack. If you’ve got a few friends coming round, you can easily scale the recipe up.
Super Guacamole!
It’s always guac-o-clock somewhere!
Sure, you could make guacamole with an avocado and a bit of tomato and salt. You could. But you wouldn’t, because you are a dynamic, exciting, and adventurous soul gleefully exploring the potential of the universe! What you need is Super Guacamole! And here it is.
Unlike the super versions of other types of food, super guacamole is still pretty quick and easy to make. But that little bit of extra effort sure goes a long way to take you from guacameh to guacamazing. The word is pretty fun, too.
What really dials up the volume on this guacamole is the corn and the cumin. I’ve never had corn in my guac, which is silly because corn is perfect for guac! Sweet with a little bit of texture. Corn and avocado, what a neat thing.
Obviously, a great way to enjoy super guacamole is on super tacos. And then you can have choco tacos for dessert to complete your balanced taco meal. Also great as a dip for veggies!
Raw Vegan Chorizo Lettuce Tacos
If you were setting out to make a raw vegan meal of some sort, chorizo tacos might seem to be just about the least likely candidate you could find, aside maybe from haggis. But these tacos go beyond any mere imitation of meat! These yummy nummies are overflowing with rich, spicy flavor which stands on its own feet. It’s not your grandmother’s chorizo!
Lettuce makes for a surprisingly awesome shell for tacos. Often used in South Asian cuisine for wraps, it’s an interesting sort of fusion to see them here in chorizo tacos. And speaking of that chorizo, it’s amazing what you can do with nuts and some spices!
Chili Garlic Paste
The number one killer of our path to eating healthy is boredom of the same food and flavors day after day. I try to mix it up and keep different spices and condiments like my raw CHILI GARLIC PASTE around. Chili garlic paste is a spicy addition to any dish like soup, pasta sauce, smoothies or add it to CASHEW CHEESE for an extra kick.
I structured this recipe as a small batch so that you will always have fresh chili garlic paste. Even though it has vinegar in it and it is refrigerated, it still will only keep for about two weeks because of lack of preservatives. Enjoy!
