I am usually using the chia seeds for breakfast adding a fruit topping with some caramel sauce, or goji berries and agave with a sprinkle of vanilla powder. The options and endless and not only for breakfast or sweet dishes but you can add the chia to anything else desired like salads or different main dishes because the chia seeds are tasteless and will not affect the flavor of your food. This is one of my favorite breakfast which I am delighted to share with you and I hope that one day this will be your favorite as well!

Chocolate Ganache Banana Cones
This is a deceptively simple and impressive recipe that is an absolute must-try for anyone with a dehydrator. If making banana fruit leather weren’t exciting enough in itself, a chocolate ganache filled cone of banana leather pretty much justifies the purchase of a dehydrator right there. The chocolate ganache can also be used for all kinds of other amazingly delicious things, like cakes or for dipping fruit into. I’m sure you’ll have no problem thinking of things you could do with this creamy chocolate goodness! Just look at it!
Vegan Lemon Blueberry Parfait
t may not be blueberry season, but there’s all kinds of great things you can do with frozen blueberries! And what could be better than a guilt-free lemon blueberry parfait? The tangy lemon is a nice foil for the sweetness of the berries, and dates and agave round out the sweetness. All you need is a few minutes and a food processor to make this delicious, relatively healthful blueberry parfait.
Chocolate Pudding Green Smoothie
This chocolate pudding green smoothie is a great alternative to hot chocolate on a cozy winter afternoon! Now obviously we’re using the term ‘green’ a bit loosely here: this smoothie looks about as green as any chocolate pudding. But with a handful of swiss chard and a helping of avocado, it’s got plenty of green goodness in it, too.
This isn’t the first time we’ve shared with you a recipe which is a the smoothie version of something else. And it probably won’t be the last. Because smoothie versions of other things are so darn fun, easy, tasty, and even healthful! So enjoy a gulp today.

Cherry and Berries Coconut Cups
Cherries are a truly marvelous tree! Not only do they produce such delicious, gorgeous fruit, but they also create some of the showiest, prettiest puffy flower displays of all the plant kingdom. In cities around the world, spring begins with the unfurling of thousands of these ephemeral pink flowers, which are gone in just a matter of weeks.
Now, the cherries that produce the beautiful flowers are actually different cultivars than the ones which make the yummy fruit. But just look what happens when you combine the sweet, tart flavor of the fruit, with the serene beauty of the flowers! it makes for quite a picture.
Even if you don’t have some gorgeous cherry blossoms on hand, you can still make these delicious cherry and berries coconut cups! They will still be absolutely stunning, both on the plate and in your mouth.
The recipe does call for heating up the cherry juice in order to condense it. If you want to stick to purely raw, you can probably get away with just using 2 tablespoons of uncondensed cherry juice, but the cherry flavor won’t be as intense.
German Chocolate Cake
This German chocolate cake was inspired by the popularity of date balls. If you’ve ever enjoyed a date ball and wondered “what if this was cake?”, then this German chocolate cake is surely for you!
Even if you’ve never had that particular thought, you probably do like cake. And this cake is a great one. A chocolate cake that is healthy and nutritious is a lovely thing, especially one that is so simple to make!
With the natural sweetness of dates, there’s no need for any additional sweeteners except for a touch of agave in the drizzle. If you’ve ever had date balls, you’ll know that’s all the sweetness you’ll ever need!

Raw Coconut Tiramisu
Tiramisu is a classic Italian coffee-flavored dessert. The name means “pick-me-up”, which I suppose is an acknowledgment of the coffee content. Or maybe it’s a reference to the inevitable improvement in mood that will accompany eating such a lovely treat. Why they call the cake ladyfingers is a whole other question…
Whatever the origin of the name, this is no light energy snack! This is some serious dessert. This coconut tiramisu is just further proof that anything worth doing, is worth doing raw and vegan. The best part is the feeling when you take a bite of the delicious coconut cream squishing out between the ladyfinger layers. Mm.
This recipe boldly makes use of a fresh young coconut, so make sure you watch some videos on how to safely crack these magnificent nuts. As a reward for your efforts, you’ll get some coconut water to enjoy later, too.
A great treat to make for date-night or other occasions when you’re really looking to impress. And of course, you don’t have to be a coffee drinker to love this decadent dessert!

Blueberry Sweet Tea
Besides the abundant sunshine and warm weather that we get in the summer, I love the variety of fruits available. One of the fruits summer has to offer is blueberries….OH HOW I LOVE YOU SO!
As you all know, fruit is a very large part of my diet; so it is natural for me to make tasty recipes using fruit. Not only do I make fruit salads and smoothies with fruit, I also flavor water and tea with it too. Some of you might be thinking, “how do you make tea on a RAW diet?” It is actually quite simple, I cold brew my teas.
Cold brewing is a method that adheres to my raw lifestyle yet it is bursting with flavor like traditionally made tea. I just get my half-gallon glass jar, add my organic tea bags (6 tea bags for green tea or 4 bags for black tea), fill with 100 degree water and allow this to steep overnight. If I am making a fruit flavored tea, after it is cold brewed I add the flavoring to it. See, pretty simple. I even make different flavors at the same time so my family can have a variety of teas to choose from. This also prompts everyone to grab a glass of fresh tea instead of soda.
Sweet tea is has been a staple of summer beverages for generations and all across America, but why not take it a next step further and make it healthy? Traditional sweet tea is just brewed tea, tons of sugar and sometimes lemon juice; but I feel we can make a better choice here. I like to use fresh RIPE organic fruit with just a touch of raw agave syrup in my cold brewed organic tea.The fruit has natural sweetness and vitamins, the agave syrup adds a touch of more sweetness and smoothness to it, and the organic cold brewed tea has retained all of its antioxidant properties.
Although I have many combinations of sweet tea (and unsweetened tea), I want to give you my recipe for BLUEBERRY SWEET TEA. Just think, the flavor of fresh ripe blueberries with a touch of sweetness all in a refreshing drink that will cool you off and give you some extra health benefits this summer…. CHEERS to our HEALTH!!
